“Watered-down wedding: for wetter or for worse, one bride was determined to say, ‘I do’,” by John Dawson.
For World Magazine, an illustration for a story regarding a Filipino wedding that still took place after a typhoon hit and flooded a church where the ceremony occurred back in July.
Really enjoyed problem-solving for a concept that married the form of the veil with the flow of the water. Focused on gritty texture-play here too :)
Thank you heaps to my AD Rachel Beatty for the gig and the collab!
